We were nominated at the Building Excellence Awards 2023 for two awards, organized by Devon Building Control ( DBC ) . The awards recognize excellent practice across a complete range of building projects. The nominations are assessed on a number of considerations, including compliance, quality, willingness to discuss challenges, accessibility, energy conservation and sustainability. We were nominated for two categories; Best Individual New Home for our Labrador Bay House, and Best Residential Barn Conversion for our Dorsley Grange project. We are happy to report that we beat stiff competition to win both categories ! These awards are proof of our robust and well considered technical design abilities, along with our continued, successful collaboration with the local authority in Devon.
