You can now win a VESP designed house. Our Bottor Cottage project is currently featured as The Devon House in the Million Pound House Draw by Omaze UK.

Our clients bought this dilapidated cottage at auction. The cottage had previously been unsympathetically extended and had fallen into complete disrepair.

We refurbished the Georgian property and replaced the unsightly lean-to extensions on the back of the house with a contemporary timber clad extension, which mimicked the proportions of the original house.  This new extension is connected to the cottage by means of a simple lightweight glazed link. The formal rooms of the cottage were restored and the roof timbers exposed, whilst the new extension provides modern, open plan and highly glazed accommodation.

The house is surrounded by beautifully designed formal gardens, and is set in 4 hectares of woodland, on the edge of Dartmoor.

Omaze have done a great job with the interior and getting the garden ready for the feature on their million pound house draw.
