Substantial planning permission received in West Putney Conservation Area, London

We have recently received permission for significant alteration to a period 4500 sq.ft detached house in the desirable West Putney Conservation area.

The project comprises a complete basement extension across the entire footprint, reinstatement of a double bay to the front elevation, reconstruction of the rear elevation, a large loft conversion with new roof construction and a single storey extension to the rear. The total project has added a further 3000 sq.ft. of accommodation

The basement accommodates a separate annexe, swimming pool and games room. The new extension, conceived as a legibly different form, is wrapped in zinc with floor to ceiling glass.  This substantial and complex project is already on site and due for completion this year.
