Two new dwellings currently on-site are making good progress. A class-Q barn conversion is nearing completion in the South Hams. A simple palette of granite, larch and metal roofing are contemporary references to the agricultural heritage of the site. Internally, the robust timber structure is expressed, and finer architectural joinery acts as a counterpoint.
A large replacement dwelling on the Teignbridge coastline is mid-way through construction. The zinc roofs are nearly on, and the Brimstone cladding from Vastern Timber is being applied to the angled, twisting soffits beneath.
