Planning Permission achieved for house refurbishment and extension in Kent.

Van Ellen + Sheryn have recently received permission for a contemporary Timber framed extension, and new dormer windows to a house in the Kent Downs National Park.   

Located in the protected Green Belt, we were able to negotiate a beautiful scheme for our clients, whilst carefully navigating a notoriously tricky planning authority. This scheme provides a vital connection to the  mature south facing gardens, that the existing house was lacking. 

Traditional oak framing and a pitched zinc roof are combined with ultra-fine glazing systems to give a  panoramic experience. We will be on site in the coming months – Watch this space!
